The prompt of this local Philadelphia design competition was to imagine the future of how our urban buildings interact with society. The site was set in Philadelphia at the corner of Market and 8th st, with a prominent connection to public transit.

Reminiscent of the historic character of the commercial corridor, Market Framework reflects Philadelphia’s social and economic life. The never-ending development provides the foundation, systems, and tools for users to take ownership of their space and respond to change.
